which are not practiced enough in normal English classes. The teachers are ALTs who teach students entirely in English during the lessons.
- English Curriculum and Teaching Book Development (Elementary School Level)
- ALT-nagano.com in co-operation with Azumino city, started a unique home stay program forjunior high school students.
During spring vacation, a group of 2nd year students go to Australia and home stay with an elementary school family.
During the home stay, the students attend the elementary school as teacher assistants, visit a high school, go to ahistorical theme park as well as go sight seeing around the city.
While at the alementary school, each student is assigned to a classroom to assist the homeroom teacher for the day.
The students also assist in the Japanese language classes and get to teach a class about Japanese culture.
